MANKATO – A Mankato woman suffered smoke inhalation when her two-story duplex caught fire Wednesday afternoon.
Amber Menezes tried to put the fire out herself.
When Mankato fire arrived at 111 West Lind the duplex was full of smoke.
Menezes was treated on scene. Damage has been estimated at $7,000. The cause is under investigation.
