MANKATO – Mankato police are still looking for a man whose dog knocked down a two-and-a-half old child Thursday night near the Sibley Park sledding hill.
Because doctors couldn’t determine if the facial injuries came from a dog bite, the child began preventative treatment for rabies.
The dog was described as similar to a black lab. The owner is a white male in his mid-20s with dark hair.
