LE CENTER – An elderly Janesville woman will serve no additional time in jail for robbing an Elysian bank last December.

A Le Sueur County judge Tuesday sentenced 70-year-old Sandra Bathke to the 35 days she served in jail and 15 years probation.

The judge also ordered Bathke to make a public apology to the bank, the teller and the man she conned into giving her a ride to the bank.

Bathke left the bank with $3,700 dollars, but was arrested as she and the son of her landlord arrived back in Janesville.
