MANKATO – The man who tried to elude law enforcement by driving his car through the front doors of the Mankato Wal-Mart last March will be sentenced today. After a pair of psychological evaluations, the prosecution agreed to probation for 48-year-old Raymond Mager Jr. of Minnesota Lake.
Back in December, Mager entered a guilty plea to one count of 2nd Degree Assault. Seven other charges, including Use of Deadly Force Against a Peace Officer were dismissed.
