NORTH MANKATO – The North Mankato City Council has approved a Tax Increment Financing plan to help subsidize Ziegler’s planned new facility.
In December, Ziegler announced plans to start building the 40,000 square foot facility this spring.
Under the TIF agreement, the company will use about $85,000 in property taxes for nine years to help pay for the $9 million dollar facility.
