MANKATO – Supporters of a proposed Mankato Food Co-op will launch their official membership drive in two weekends with an event at Raydiance Salon. A silent auction of over 30 large photographic prints from the Mankato area will be auctioned off.
Proceeds will go towards the groups goal of 1,500 members or $250,000.
