MANKATO -- The city of Mankato has declared a downtown snow emergency.

It will be in effect for the downtown corridor--Riverfront Drive to Broad Street and Madison Avenue to Liberty Street.

The snow emergency begins at 10 p.m. tonight and expires at 6 a.m. Thursday.
