ST. PAUL – Republican State Senator Gary Dahms of Redwood Falls is proposing easing restrictions on the sale of raw milk in Minnesota.
That would include sales at farmers markets and deliveries to private homes. Currently the unpasteurized milk can only be sold at the farm which produces it.
State health officials say drinking raw milk is a serious health risk.
