MANKATO – A Janesville man as been identified at the victim of Saturday morning’s fatal rollover on Highway 14 near Mankato.
The State Patrol says 50-year-old Mark Osborn lost control of his Tahoe, entered the center median and rolled.
He was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected. He was dead at the scene.
Investigators say alcohol was a factor in the crash.
