MANKATO -- Temperatures are expected to bottom out Friday morning around 20-below zero prompting a Wind Chill Advisory for much of South Central Minnesota.
It is also leading several school districts to give staff and students and early heads up and make an early announcement of school delays for Friday morning.
Nicollet announced they would be running two hours late on Friday at the same time they announced they would be closing school early on Thursday.
Forecasters are also calling for an inch of snow accumulaitons during he daytime hours on Friday.
