MANKATO – The Lake Crystal woman charged with the shotgun slaying of her husband inside their home last August is expected in court today.
33-year-old Jennifer Nibbe’s attorney is asking for a second competency evaluation after raising concerns about the first.
The defense is also asking for a neurological exam to address her memory loss.
