NEW ULM – A Nevada man is suing the Diocese of New Ulm, claiming a Catholic priest sexually abused him as an eight year old child.
The lawsuit filed yesterday in Minnesota claims the abuse happened in 1982 at St. Andrew’s Parish in Granite Falls.
The man claims the Diocese never informed the public that the Reverend Francis Markey had been accused of abuse before.
