Alcohol Was a Factor in Sept. 27 Crash Near Montgomery



MONTGOMERY (TEC News), October 15 – News tips floating around Le Center and Montgomery that alcohol was a factor in the Sept. 27 crash killing four people was correct. Investigations conclude that the driver of vehicle two, Condon Hulgan, had a blood alcohol level of .214. Hulgon and his 11-year-old daughter crossed the centerline and hit another car with three men killing two of them. The driver of vehicle one also had been drinking according to the report.
