ST. PETER (TEC News) - Clark Johnson has won the DFL primary for House District 19A. Johnson finished with 641 votes or 66 percent. The special election to fill Terry Morrow’s seat will be on February 12th. Other results on Tuesday were Karl Johnson with 252 votes (26%), Tim Strand had 51 votes (5%) and Robin Courrier with 23 votes (2%).
