Law Enforcement Tracked Reina Gandarrilla's Cell Phone



MANKATO (KMKO) – Law enforcement say they got a woman’s cell information before they asked for a search warrant because of “extigent circumstances.”
 
When Reina Gandarrilla took her 2-year-old son and 4-month daughter from a family foster program from Pemberton the got her cell phone records that showed she was still in Mankato but it was turned off when they called.
 
Her and the children several days later at the Budget Host Hotel in Mankato after she agreed to turn herself in.
 
They provided her carrier with a search warrant that was signed by a judge Tuesday.
 
Her bail was set at $40,000.
