Larry Decker Jr. appeared in court Monday on charges he molested a girl at least 13 year-old, but not more than 16-years-old.
Under a plea being discussed, Decker would enter an Alford Plea to three counts of 3rd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, according to the prosecutor.
In addition to time in county jail, a life sentence in prison would be in play if he ever had anymore violations.
