MANKATO – November 30, 2012 – (KMKO) – A new restaurant has hopes of opening up by mid December in Mankato. Axel’s Bonfire-wood fire cooking purchased the old TGI Fridays’ building next to the Country Inn and Suites recently and remodeled. After the grand opening, Bonfire Mankato will be open daily, serving lunch and dinner from 11:00 am until midnight.
