MANKATO (KMKO) – Two prior domestic violence convictions has led to felony charges for an incident Friday.20-year-old Brandon Westphal is said to have asked the victim not to call police after he allegedly threatened the woman inside a car, and restrained her in a bedroom and kicked and punched her.
According to police, the incident allegedly started outside her AA meeting where he showed up with a crowbar and threatened another man.
