MANKATO (KMKO) – A registered sex offender claims to be close to settling his case of eight, felony charges.
 
21-year-old Benjamin Flower would plead guilty to second-degree burglary and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
 
There is a co-defendant in the case that allegedly involves using his real phone number when they sold stolen items on Craigslist for over $4,000.
 
According to authorities, he was previously convicted in the state of Washington for child molestation.
