MANKATO (KMKO) – The attorney for a 27-year-old Mankato man is now questioning if the drugs found by the drug task force were even his clients.
Daniel Kelly was charged with a 5th Degree Drug Possession crime after agents said they found his residency documents in the trash and one small baggie that tested positive for the presence of meth.
Through his attorney, Kelly claimed to not have access to the home for 30 days prior to the warrant.
