MANKATO (KMKO) - A court hearing was continued Monday and a plea deal may be reached as soon as Tuesday.25-year-old Dustin Tomlinson is accused assaulting his two-year-old son’s mother when he allegedly returned him to her last October in Sibley Park wearing no jacket or shoes.
The prosecution said in court they have a few issues to clear up before they consider a deal.
