MANAKTO-November 19, 2012-(KMKO)-A vulnerable adult male is accused of allegedly sexually assaulting another vulnerable adult male. Conditional bail for 42-year-old Scott Dewald today was set at $40,000. He faces felony charges of criminal sexual conduct after he was accused of playing with the victim’s nipples, giving him oral, and allegedly exposing himself to staff members. DeWald allegedly admitted to the offenses to officers and had a past criminal sexual conduct conviction in Hennepin County.
