MANKATO-November 16, 2012-(KMKO) – The next hearing on a felony charge of financial card fraud will be held next year because the accused told the court he won’t be home until January. 24-year-old Justin Steffen says he has a new job as an over-the-road trucker and said he used to work security for a company that contrats with Bethany Lutheran College. He waive the 28 day requirement for the next hearing which has yet to be scheduled.
