MANKATO-November 16, 2012- (KMKO) – A man with a Rock-and-Roll name did not get to be released as he requested. Tommy Lee Pucik face three different files and is charged with among other things Felony theft and drug possession. In court Thursday he told the judge he was afraid he would lose his job of less than four months, but the judge informed him he was the judge that set bail a week ago and nothing has changed.
