MANKATO November 14, 2012 (KMKO) – The new stop lights near the new Law Enforcement Center are designed for the fire trucks. Commander Jeff Bengston says the lights can be controlled by the trucks and are designed to let the truck out safely onto South Riverfront Drive. The lights are also set back from the intersection to allow more clearance. Bengston wasn’t sure when the stop lights would be activated.
