MANKATO November 13, 2012 (KMKO) – Admitting he knew he violated an Order of Protection, a Mankato man entered a plea to an amended gross misdemeanor count of Violating a No Contact Order. Under the plea, a felony count of Stalking against a 23-year-old Derrick Goode (GOOD) was dropped. The prosecution says the alleged victim says  the victim didn’t want to prosecute him, but is still fearful of him.
