MANKATO November 13, 2012 (KMKO) – A 26-year-old California woman faces extradition after admitting to shoplifting at a Mankato store. Samantha Velez-Diaz entered a guilty plea to theft and will be sentenced in December. Velez-Diaz and her co-defendant also face charges in both South Dakota and Wyoming.
