MANKATO-November 12, 2012-(KMKO)-The Mankato Area Veteran's Memorial Board is asking the public to honor our veterans today. All Posts, Auxiliaries and Veteran's groups are scheduled at various places from 8:30 a.m. to about 1 p.m. Those include Veterans Memorial Place, Korean and Veterans Bridge Memorials, WWII Memorial in Wheeler Park, WWI Memorial in Sibley Park and the Vietnam Memorial on Stolzman Road.
