MANKATO- November 9, 2012 -(KMKO) – With new charges of 3rd Degree Assault filed Wednesday, a 20-year-old Mankato man now faces five separate files in court. Luis Ruiz-Oliva already failed to appear at one hearing. A judge told him he faces going to jail if he gets in trouble again.
