MANKATO-November 9, 2012-(KMKO)-A Mankato woman is a lottery winner from a ticket purchased in Red Wing. Laura Erlandson claimed her prize of $5,000 on Nov. 2nd. Since 1990, the Minnesota Lottery has raised more than $2.1 billion for state programs.
