MANKATO- November 8, 2012 -(KMKO)  - A 33-year-old nurse formally from Nicollet had her jail sentence stayed, was given work service and was fined over $1,000 after she stole morphine pills from a former patient. Jennifer Plooster, who now lives in South Dakota, said through her attorney that she has since gone through treatment. She had been the victim’s nurse while he was in hospice care. She only admitted the crime after her license was suspended in February.
