MANKATO- November 9, 2012- (KMKO) – A man charged with felony domestic assault and stalking will get to go to Las Vegas this month and next to help his brother’s business. 55-year-old William Friesen of Kasota Wednesday asked for a trial while the two attorneys sparred over what’s considered “meaningful discussions.” The prosecution says they have offered Friesen a plea to a gross misdemeanor charge with no executed jail time. A trial has been set for January.
