MANKATO- November 8, 2012- (KMKO) - An Austin man has entered a guilty plea to one count of Felony, 1st Degree Aggravate Robbery. Under the plea, a second charge will be dropped against now 21-year-old Jose Chaves Jr. According to the victim, he was assaulted in the 1200 Block of North Fourth Street around 2 a.m. by four men while he waited in a vehicle to pick up another person for a newspaper route.
