MANKATO-November 9, 2012-(KMKO) – A 34-year-old man faces a felony charge for cashing a bad payroll check at a Mankato business. Jorge (GEORGE) Torres allegedly was caught on video cashing the bad check last January for $492 dollars. According to police, Torres used his real driver’s license as a ID.
