MANKATO November 6, 2012 (KMKO) – A 19-year-old Iowa man was held on a warrant from Freeborn County while appearing in Blue Earth County accused of allegedly posing as a deputy when he stopped two girls on an ATV. Dylan Kroupa faces felony charges of assault and false imprisonment and misdemeanor charges of impersonating at officer. The teenagers allegedly drove the ATV in front of Kroupa pickup around late Sunday night. Kroupa allegedly pulled into a field approach, down a ditch and across a field before he identified himself as a deputy, said he had a gun and ordered them to the ground.
