MANKATO November 6, 2012 (KMKO) – Under an Alford Plea, 23-year-old Dustin Murilla entered a plea Monday 2nd Degree Attempter Murder. Murilla is accused of attacking his friend in a park near Eagle Lake with a flashlight, and tying him up and leaving him along a road near Le Hillier last July. Murilla disputes allegations the attack was premeditated and claims his field was gone when he drove back to get him. He also denied hitting the victim with a jack and a tire iron.
