MANKATO November 2, 2012 (KMKO) – A 51-year-old Garden City man with a history of drunk driving, theft, and issuing bad checks allegedly issued another one. James Sommerfield is accused of writing an over $400 check to a Mankato auto parts store on a closed account. He faces a felony charge and is due in court on November 29th.
