Felondy drug charges



MANKATO-November 5, 2012-(KMKO)--The Minnesota Court of Appeals has upheld the probation violation of a man charged with selling cocaine in November 2008. Now 44-years-old Tyrell Langston claimed the district court in Mankato abuse its discretion when they violated his probation and sent him to prison to 134 months in prison. Probation concluded Langston violated his probation by using cocaine and alcohol in August 2010 and allegedly tampering with his urine samples. Probation said Langston needed treatment which he can get in prison.
