MANKATO-October 5, 2012-(KMKO)-Tomorrow is election day as voters decide races on every level of government, as well as the state's constitutional amendments on marriage and voter ID.  The polls will be open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm tomorrow. Minnesota led the nation in voter turnout in 2008 with 77.8% of eligible citizens showing up at the polls.
