MANKATO November 2, 2012 (KMKO) – The DNR says there are about 500,000 licensed hunters for the firearms deer hunting season. It begins tomorrow in Minnesota. The deer harvest this year is expected to be slightly lower than last year’s total of around 192,000 deer.
