MANKATO November 2, 2012 (KMKO) – A Mankato man has been accepted into drug court after committing his sixth DWI. 40-year-old Noah Summers was sentenced to the 16 days he has already served in jail and had his 54 month prison sentence stayed for seven years. According to the criminal complaint, Summers rear-ended another vehicle on Mankato’s Veterans Bridge last January and police found him inside a fast food restaurant with a PBT of .205.
