NORTH MANKATO-November 1, 2012-(KMKO)--There will be milling and overlay work done to a small portion of Lookout Drive near Howard Drive tomorrow. This project is to repair rutting from the Highway 14 detour. Traffic will be restricted to the outside lanes and no left turns will be allowed at the intersection for the better part of the day.
