MANKATO October 30, 2012 (KMKO) – A warrant has been issued for a Mankato man who is shown of video using a stolen debit card. 34-year-old Oliverio Villerreal faces a gross misdemeanor charge of fraud for allegedly using the card a gas station and three times at a grocery store last June. Police say his whereabouts are unknown.
