MANKATO October 30, 2012 – A Gibbon man has been fined $400 after pleading guilty to misdemeanor Reckless Driving. Charges of Felony Fleeing Police and misdemeanor careless driving have been dropped against 22-year-old Evan Forst in a plea agreement. According to a state trooper, Forst was clocked of Highway 68 west of Mankato going 140 miles per hour last August.
