MANKATO October 26, 2012 (KMKO) –A St. James man has admitted he is guilty of violating a restraining order in a plea deal. 30-year-old Nathan Wagner has entered a guilty plea to a gross misdemeanor charge and will have a similar felony charge dismissed. Police say they found the man last September with a woman who was allegedly reported missing from Watonwan County. Wagner will be sentenced next month.
