MANKATO October 26, 2012 (KMKO) – Under a plea agreement, charges of 3^rd Degree Drug Sales have been amended to a charge of 5^th Degree Drug Possession. 26-year-olf Adam Danberry admitted he had meth on him, but is accused of selling .27 grams to an undercover informant for the drug task force last January. He was sentenced to time already served with an agreement to enter treatment right away.
