MANKATO-October 26, 2012-(KMKO)-Twice convicted of domestic assault before, a Mankato man is back in court for allegedly hitting his girlfriend.  25-year-old William Tomlinson faces two felony charges for the incident last Saturday.  The victim says she agreed to let him see their two-year-old son and meet at Sibley Park in Mankato.  They assault apparently occurred after the pair starting arguing because the boy had been returned without shoes or a jacket.
