MANKATO-October 23, 2012-(KMKO)-Under a plea agreement, 27-year-old Samantha Dalley pled guilt to having non-prescribed prescription drugs in her purse.  As part of the plea, fifth degree drug charges stemming from a December 2011 drug search warrant in Eagle Lake were dropped.  She admitted to being a passenger in a car with both valium and lorazepam pills in her purse.  She was not sentenced to any jail time as part of the plea.
