MANKATO-October 23, 2012-(KMKO)-A 22-year-old Mankato man is being sued for over $50,000 for his part in a crash in September 2006 at the intersection of North Victory Drive and Highway 14 in Mankato.   According to the lawsuit, Wendy Herfendal of Mankato did, and will continue to suffer medical bills and lost income as a result of the crash.  A car driven-by Trieu Ho and owned by Jordan Tran collided with Herfendal.
