ST. PETER-October 18, 2012-(KMKO)-Architectural firms have less than two weeks remaining to get their proposals in to Nicollet County for a possible new administrative building.  The cost and time frame for the project have not been disclosed.  Nicollet County owns the former Ruttles lot. Officials are considering moving social services from its current location several blocks away and housing it with public health.  The county attorney is also off-site in a rental building.  Proposals are due in to the county by 10:00 am on October 31st.
